Special Notices from 14th International Conference on the Short Story in English

Note 1: Conference Participant Fee 1920 yuan (Chinese RMB, approximately $300) until midnight Jan 31st, 2016; 2080 yuan (Chinese RMB, approximately $325), until midnight April 30th, 2016; 2240 yuan (Chinese RMB, approximately $ 350) from May 1st, 2016 onwards。

Student (enclose copy of current student ID) Fee 1600 yuan (Chinese RMB, approximately $250) until midnight Jan 31st, 2016; 1760 yuan (Chinese RMB, approximately $275) until midnight April 30th, 2016; 1920 yuan (Chinese RMB, approximately $300 ) from May 1st, 2016 onwards.

For participants from mainland China, the conference sets up a special fund for them, the participant fee is as follows:

1500 yuan until midnight Jan 31st, 2016, 1700 yuan until midnight April 30th, 1920 yuan from May 1st, 2016 onwards

Note 2: The accompanying persons are also required to fill in the registration form and circle Accompanying Person

Note 3:  The ECNU Finance Department requires that we list the amount for the registration in Chinese currency, due to

 guidelines of the university. Your credit card or your bank will still be charged the relevant amount in your home currency.

Due to the fluctuation in the market currently, you may end up paying slightly less or slightly more as per the exchange rate.

We would suggest that you register early to be assured of having the rates finalized prior to the conference. We apologize for
